Terms & Conditions
Hire of the Spotlight Casting Rooms, the Spotlight Studios and/or audio-visual equipment is subject to the following conditions.
- All hire charges for the Spotlight Rooms and Studios must be paid within 28 days of receipt of invoice. Late payments will be subject to a 15% surcharge.
- Cancellation costs apply as follows: Less than 48 hours' notice: all cancellations will be charged 50% of the total hourly booking fee. Less than 12 hours' notice: all cancellations will be charged 100% of the total hourly booking fee.
- We will accommodate castings which over-run wherever possible, but this is not guaranteed.
- The Spotlight takes no responsibility for lost or stolen property at our premises at 7, Leicester Place, London WC2H 7RJ.
- Lost or damaged equipment will be subject to a charge.
- Please confirm your requirements regarding furniture, special equipment etc. at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee that these will be available if only requested on the day of arrival.
- It is a legal requirement that our fire alarm is tested every Tuesday. This should last no longer than a minute and is usually in the morning.
