We are aware that some people are having problems playing performer showreels using Quicktime on Macs. Unfortunately this is not something we can fix, but is an issue with the recent versions of Quicktime.
Hopefully Apple will fix this problem in the near future, but in the meantime the easiest solution is to use another video player, such as Windows Media Player for Mac or Flip4Mac. Details of these, and free downloads, can be found here.
